Data processed
- Browsing data. The systems that run the website automatically record some technical data, such as the IP address, the date and time of the request and the pages visited. This data is not used to identify visitors and serves only to ensure the operation and security of the site.
- Data provided voluntarily. If you contact the firm by phone or email, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of your request) in order to reply.
Purposes and legal bases
- Operation and security of the website: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If a request leads to a professional engagement, data is processed in accordance with the specific notice provided to the firm’s clients.
Recipients
Data is not disclosed to the public. It may be processed by the website hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A.), acting as data processor. The “Open in Google Maps” link leads to an external site subject to Google’s privacy notice.

Browsing data is kept for the technical period set by the hosting provider. Data from contact requests is kept for as long as needed to handle them and then deleted, unless an engagement begins.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to or calling the controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Provision of data
Providing data for contact requests is optional, but without it we cannot reply.
